Hi, I'm Meg, Founder at Richmond Global Events. I stepped into the Weddings and Events world in 2022 and fell head over heels for creating unforgettable moments at Weddings and space for peace and growth in the corporate world. From Luxury City Centre Retreats, Intimate Elopements, and Wedding Day Delivery to founding my own company, I’ve experienced the magic (and chaos!) of weddings and retreats from every angle.

Having been part of countless love stories and wedding days I get the rollercoaster of emotions you’re riding. Planning a wedding is thrilling, overwhelming, and everything in between — I’m here to guide you through it. I will be your cheerleader, confidante, and stress-busting sidekick.

The perfect package for couples who have planned all their wedding and just need someone to support on the day so they can focus on enjoying their wedding.
- 1.5-hour Virtual consultation 6 weeks before the wedding to finalise plans and create a detailed day plan.
- Finishing Touch Day of Plan creation (printable and digital version available) to bring all your plans into one comprehensive document.
- On-the-day coordination for 8-10 hours ensuring smooth execution (e.g., managing suppliers and schedules).This allows for the focus to be on you enjoying your day.
- Email and phone support in the weeks leading up to the wedding for final queries.
The ideal package for couples who need a little bit of support bringing their planning ideas to life and in-person support on the wedding day.
- Initial Virtual Consultation Meeting
- Wedding Management board setup (for example Asana or Google Sheets) to organise plans, supplier shortlists, and inspiration.
- Up to 3 extra planning meetings (in-person or virtual) to discuss budgets, themes, and supplier options.
- Supplier coordination (up to 5 suppliers), including quote sourcing and initial communication.
- On-site venue visit to review logistics and finalize details.
- Unlimited email support throughout the planning process for advice and recommendations.
- Day-before lay-up support (up to 2 hours) to assist with venue setup.
- On-the-day coordination for 8-10 hours ensuring smooth execution (e.g., managing suppliers and schedules). This allows for the focus to be on you enjoying your day.
Comprehensive planning for couples who want a fully managed wedding, from vision to execution, tailored to their unique style.
- Unlimited planning meetings (in-person and virtual) to cover all aspects of the wedding, including budget planning, supplier management, themes and logistics.
- On Site - Venue scouting support to find and shortlist up to 3 venues that match your vision.
- Full supplier management, including sourcing, negotiation, and coordination with all vendors (e.g., venue, caterers, florists, photographers).
- On-the-day coordination (up to 12 hours), ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
- 3-day management (for example day before, wedding day, and day after).
